Neuro

A physical therapist who has training or practice in the area of neurologic physical therapy can help patients gain independence and live a more independent life.

A specialized treatment plan is developed with your therapist using our safety equipment to help you improve your balance.

Regardless of your injury, our team will develop a personalized treatment plan to get you on the road to recovery.

If your symptoms don’t improve within the first 10 days, you should seek care with one of our highly trained clinicians. Our team will develop a personalized treatment plan to get you on the road to recovery.

PERSONALIZED TREATMENT AREAS

Balance

Falls and a fear of falling can diminish your ability to lead a full and independent life. A fall can result in unwanted outcomes including injury, loss of independence, and decreased ability to do the things that are most important to you.

You can prevent falling by regularly doing the physical activities you enjoy and working with a physical therapist to improve your balance, muscle strength, and endurance.

In many cases you do not need a referral to start physical therapy. Give our office a call to get started.

Stroke

A stroke occurs when a blood vessel in the brain is blocked or ruptured.  It is the third leading cause of death in the United States and a leading cause of serious, long-term disability in adults. Stroke can happen to anyone at any time—regardless of race, sex, or even age.

Physical therapists are part of the stroke rehabilitation team. Rehabilitation begins very soon after a stroke and your physical therapist’s main goal is to help you return to your activities at home, at work, and in your community.

In many cases, you do not need a referral to start physical therapy. Give our office a call to get started.
