Beth will be talking about shoe tying techniques and how different foot types and foot injuries may benefit from different ways of tying your shoes. You may be surprised by how a simple change in the way you lace your shoes can improve comfort and support!
Beth will also be offering FREE Diagnostic Ultrasound screenings of the foot and ankle during the event.
